Mohammad Shaker Kargar, Chief of Staff to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, met with Mirwais Mirzakwal, deputy administration and finance in his office  today morning.

The meeting discussed issues pertinent to the production of national railway sleepers and decided to take necessary steps to enhance the capacity of Afghan citizens in the railway sector in partnership with the Republic of Uzbekistan.
